US Naval Academy

VIKA is providing civil engineering and subsurface utility engineering services to support demolition planning and site restoration for older and unused housing across the Academy and off-campus. Responsibilities include coordination of existing conditions documentation, utility investigation and mapping, and preparation of demolition and grading plans to facilitate safe removal of structures and protection of remaining infrastructure. VIKA’s services also include identification and verification of existing underground utilities, support for utility coordination, and development of final grading and stabilization plans to ensure the site is restored to natural conditions following demolition activities.
